parts needed in addition to the gauge die kit itself to make a complete die head assembly. I believe the list is complete, but it's been a while since I've done one... To be sure, check the list with the parts supplied in the die kit you purchase and compare to your current 366 loader to insure having all parts on hand when you start assembling. It could also be that the always-helpful ladies at the Hornady parts service desk may have a nice surprise for you and have complete head build kit ready to go if you ask.
*While for whatever their reasons, Hornady does not sell a 410 die kit, it would seem possible to "part out" and acquire the dies that way if it comes to that, provided you feel comfortable and experienced enough with the 366. Note that some of the parts, as shot and powder drop tubes, plus the flaring sleeve are common with the 28, eliminating the need to buy same if you already have that gauge. See Hornady's master parts list in the back pages of the Hornady 366 manual. (Sometimes the new list manual's diagram and parts list is a bit confusing. If you can find an older copy, it will help clarify.) Ebay occasionally has die kits on auction. They are also sometimes seen on trapshooters.com. The list assumes that you will not use the deprime only station. Note that shot and powder bushings will be needed for a new gauge. ![]() Picture of the die head assembled with the required supplemental parts. Nut A is the for the wad ram that comes in the gauge kit, nut B is for the primer seater ram and C is the nut for the primer drop tube shown (threads on top. . .).
